      TCPP是一种有机光敏剂,基于TCPP配体的MOF材料Hf-TCPP具有良好的光动力效应.采用相同的溶剂法分别合成了量子点Hf-TCPP QDs(2 nm)和纳米粒子Hf-TCPP NMOFs(70 nm).与Hf-TCPP NMOFs相比,Hf-TCPP QDs在相同的反应条件下具有更高活性氧自由基产生效率.虽然量子点容易在细胞内扩散,但是难以通过EPR效应在肿瘤组织部位富集,所以用脂质体包裹Hf-TCPP QDs,并同时包裹小分子药物DOX制得DOX@Hf-TCPP@LIPs,从而改善EPR效应并实现光动力治疗与化学治疗相结合的目的.
英文摘要:
      TCPP is a kind of organic photosensitizer. TCPP based MOF material Hf-TCPP has good photodynamic effect. Hf-TCPP QDs with 2 nm size and Hf-TCPP NMOFs with 70 nm size are synthesized by the same solution route. Compared with Hf-TCPP NMOFs, Hf-TCPP QDs show higher reactive oxygen species generation efficiency under the same reaction conditions. Although QDs are easy to diffuse in cells, they are difficult to accumulate in tumor tissues through EPR effect. Therefore, Hf-TCPP QDs are wrapped with lipids and DOX is loaded at the same time to form DOX@Hf-TCPP@LIPs nanodrug, so as to improve the EPR effect and realize the combination of photodynamic therapy and chemotherapy.
