| 层状双氧化物(LDO)可以激活过一硫酸盐(PMS),产生大量活性物种,高效降解水中的各类有机微污染物.然而,金属氧化物类催化剂在催化反应过程中存在金属离子浸出、难回收的问题,影响其实际应用.采用水热法合成了镁钴铁层状双氧化物并将其负载于泡沫铜上(MgCoFe-LDO@f-Cu),用于激活PMS降解磺胺甲噁唑(SMX).实验结果表明 当负载MgCoFe-LDO的泡沫铜规格为80目,煅烧温度为300 ℃,煅烧时间为3 h时,催化剂激活PMS降解SMX的效果较好.当MgCoFe-LDO@f-Cu投加量为10 g/L,PMS初始浓度为 1 mmol/L ,初始pH值为7时,20 mg/L SMX在20 min内的降解率可达96.04%;5次重复使用后,MgCoFe-LDO@f-Cu/PMS体系对SMX的降解率仍可达83.87%.离子浸出量测定实验表明,与MgCoFe-LDO相比,MgCoFe-LDO@f-Cu中总镁、总钴和总铁的浸出率分别下降了41.50%、28.84%和30.81%,说明MgCoFe-LDO@f-Cu催化剂化学性质更为稳定,且便于回收. |

| Layered double oxides (LDO) can activate peroxymonosulfate (PMS) and generate a large number of active species to efficiently degrade various organic micropollutants in water. However, the problems of metal ion leaching and difficult recovery during the catalytic reaction process of metal oxide catalysts affect their practical applications. Magnesium-cobalt-iron layered double oxides are synthesized by hydrothermal method and loaded onto copper foam (MgCoFe-LDO@f-Cu) to activate PMS for the degradation of sulfamethoxazole (SMX). The experimental results show that the copper foam loaded with MgCoFe-LDO with a specification of 80 PPI, a calcination temperature of 300 ℃, and a calcination time of 3 h, the catalyst activates the degradation of SMX by PMS better. When the dosage of MgCoFe-LDO@f-Cu is 10 g/L, the initial concentration of PMS is 1 mmol/L, and the initial pH value is 7, the 20 mg/L SMX degradation efficiency in 20 min can reach 96.04%, and the SMX degradation efficiency in the MgCoFe-LDO@f-Cu/PMS system is still up to 83.87% after five times of reuse. The ion leaching assay shows that the leaching rates of total magnesium, total cobalt and total iron in MgCoFe-LDO@f-Cu decrease respectively by 41.50%, 28.84% and 30.81% compared with those in MgCoFe-LDO, which indicates that the MgCoFe-LDO@f-Cu catalyst is more stable and easier to be recycled. |
