基于非结构网格的MIKE 21模型,在水动力(HD)的基础上叠加对流扩散(Transport)模块,考虑陆源排污口的影响,建立了大连湾海域二维污染物输运模型,对化学需氧量(COD)、无机氮(DIN)、活性磷酸盐 (PO43--P)进行了数值模拟。综合海洋功能区划要求和环境现状,采用线性规划的排海通量最优化法计算了各排污口的环境容量,提出了排污治理建议。结果表明大连湾内排污口的COD、DIN、PO43--P环境容量分别为17350.4t/a、1533.4t/a、148.6t/a。COD仍有排污空间,多个排污口的DIN和PO43--P呈超负荷状态。污水处理厂是主要的超标排放源,需优先进行削减控制。研究为合理有效利用海域环境容量资源、制定环境管理决策提供了参考。 |

Based on non-structural grid MIKE21 model, a convection diffusion (Transport) model is stacked with the hydro-dynamic (HD) model. Considering the affection of land-based pollution outlet, establish Dalian Bay sea area pollutant transportation model, which numerical simulation was done for Chemistry Oxygen Demand (COD), Dissolved Inorganic Nitrogen (DIN), and labile phosphate (PO43--P). The article integrated the sea regional function requirements and the current environmental situation, then picked a linear planning sea outlet maximization method to calculate environmental capacity of each pollutant outlet. Suggestions of pollution treatment were made. The results showed that pollutant outlets’ COD, DIN and PO43--P environmental capacity are 17350.4t/a,1533.4t/a,148.6t/a. There is still more capacity for COD, but several outlets are overloaded with DIN and PO43--P. Pollutant treatment factories are the main sources for overload, which should be controlled first. The research provided reference for effectively using sea environmental capacity and making environmental regulation policies. |
