      为了探究生物质油作为再生剂的可行性,研究不同种类生物质油对老化沥青的再生效果。通过沥青三大指标试验和布氏旋转黏度试验对生物质油再生沥青的物理性能进行评价;通过傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)试验分析不同种类生物质油的官能团结构,探究生物质油再生效果存在差异性的原因。结果表明:生物质油能有效改善老化沥青的物理性能,提高针入度与延度,降低软化点与黏度。不同种类生物质油对老化沥青的再生效果不同,蓖麻类和果木类生物质油的再生效果最好,稻壳类和毛竹类生物质油次之,棉籽类生物质油的再生效果最差。红外光谱试验表明5种生物质油含有相同的官能团结构,蓖麻类和果木类生物质油含有较多的芳香族化合物,芳香族化合物的强度影响其再生效果。

      To explore the feasibility of using biomass oil as a regenerating agent, the regeneration effect of different kinds of biomass oil on aged asphalt is studied. Firstly, the physical properties of bio-oil recycled asphalt is evaluated by three index test and Brinell rotational viscosity test. Then, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)is used to analyze the functional group structure of different kinds of biomass oil and explore the reason for the difference in the regeneration effect of biomass oil. The results indicate that biomass oil can effectively improve the physical properties of aging asphalt, improve the penetration and ductility, and reduce the softening point and viscosity. Different kinds of biomass oil have diverse regeneration effects on aged asphalt. The regeneration effect of castor oil and fruit tree biomass oil are the best, followed by rice hull and bamboo biomass oil, and cottonseed biomass oil is the worst. Infrared spectroscopy show that the five kinds of biomass oils have the same functional group structure. Castor and fruit biomass oils contain more aromatic compounds, and the intensity of aromatic compounds affects the regeneration effect.
