      救生筏是营运船舶必须配备的一种救生设备。作为救生筏附件,海锚能有效降低恶劣海况下救生筏的漂移速度,提高救生筏的稳定性。对救生筏海锚进行阻力性能分析,可为海锚的应用、优化设计、评估等过程提供参考。本文基于Star-CCM+与LS-DYNA两种仿真软件对海锚在水中工作过程以及阻力性能进行研究,建立了可透气柔性海锚的流固耦合动力学模型与不考虑救生筏受风影响形变的刚性体模型。对救生筏在海上典型风速条件下的漂移速度及海锚的减速效果进行了数值模拟,对不同救生筏漂移速度下海锚的阻力性能和结构变形进行了综合分析。修正了筏体总阻力的前体尾流影响与刚-柔性体海锚转换影响。柔性海锚的阻力拟合公式与文献中的相似性证明了数值模拟的可靠性。结果表明海锚可有效降低救生筏的漂移速度,提高救生筏获救的可能性。

      Life rafts are used as life-saving equipment at sea to improve navigation safety. The sea anchor can effectively reduce the drift speed of life rafts in rough sea conditions and also improve the stability of life rafts and ships. Analysis on sea anchor resistance performance can assist the application, optimal design and evaluation of sea anchors. This paper is aiming to investigate the underwater working process and resistance performance of sea anchors by using Star-CCM+ and LS-DYNA. A fluid-structure coupled dynamics model of a permeable flexible sea anchor was developed. A rigid body model without considering the deformation of the life raft after being affected by wind was developed. The drift velocity of the life raft under typical wind speed conditions and the deceleration effect of the sea anchor were numerically simulated. The drag performance of sea anchors with different drift speeds was analyzed by the structural deformation of sea anchors. Corrected the effect of fore body wake of raft resistance and the effect of rigid-flexible body sea anchor conversion. The similarity of the resistance fitting equations for flexible sea anchors with those in the literature proves the accuracy of the numerical simulations. The results show that sea anchor can lower the drift speed of the life raft effectively, which enhance the possibility of being rescued.
