      中国北方普遍存在的风光火耦合系统发生故障时电压稳定特性将发生恶化。因此,文章提出了综合考虑无功补偿装置及各能源属性机组的无功电压紧急协调控制策略。该策略首先建立节点及系统暂态电压安全性指标作为迭代的验证标准,其次设置SVC控制判断逻辑及多维度暂态电压控制模型。在模型求解过程中根据各能源场站故障下的综合脆弱程度设置分区时序性协调互补调节机制,引入约束边界动态调整算法和基于轨迹灵敏度的逐次二次规划迭代求解算法以提高“在线预决策,故障匹配”的优化控制精度。利用辽宁省某区域耦合系统实现了对公共耦合点的严格控制,验证了所提控制策略的合理性和有效性。相比初始即启用多区域联合控制,本文较好地实现了计算空间的降维处理。

      The voltage stability characteristics will deteriorate when the wind-solar-fire coupling system common in northern China fails. Therefore, the article proposes a reactive power and voltage emergency coordination control strategy that comprehensively considers the reactive power compensation device and each energy attribute unit. This strategy first establishes node and system transient voltage safety indicators as iterative verification standards, and then sets up the SVC control judgment logic and multi-dimensional transient voltage control model. During the model solution process, a partitioned sequential coordination and complementary adjustment mechanism is set up according to the comprehensive vulnerability level of each energy station under failure. The dynamic adjustment algorithm of constraint boundaries and the iterative solution algorithm of successive quadratic programming based on trajectory sensitivity are introduced to improve the optimization control accuracy of "online pre-decision-making and fault matching". A regional coupling system in Liaoning Province is used to achieve strict control of public coupling points, verifying the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed control strategy. Compared with enabling multi-region joint control initially, this paper better achieves dimensionality reduction in the computing space.
