      分段吊装是船舶建造中的一项重要工艺,为更精准模拟船舶吊装作业过程中眼板结构节点的应力分布,在船舶吊装有限元强度计算时眼板区域需进行细网格计算。本研究提出一种眼板有限元细网格快速生成方法,该方法基于“由几何添加辅助硬点,并生成过渡单元”的思路。在粗网格的基础上,将眼板几何模型进行网格细化并根据布置位置与粗网格相连接。利用HyperMesh的二次开发,编制实用可靠的程序,提高眼板的建模计算效率。

      Segmental lifting is an important process in ship construction. In order to more accurately simulate the stress distribution of the node of the lugs structure in the process of ship lifting, fine-mesh calculation of the lugs area should be carried out in the finite element strength calculation of ship lifting. In this paper, a rapid finite element fine mesh generation method for lugs is proposed, which is based on the idea of adding auxiliary hard points by geometry and generating transition elements. On the basis of the coarse mesh, the geometric model of the lugs is refined and connected with the coarse mesh according to the layout position. With the secondary development of HyperMesh, a practical and reliable program is compiled to improve the modeling efficiency of lugs.
