      摘要:随着电子技术的发展,柔性湿度传感器也迎来了新的机遇。目前传统的湿度传感器具有透气性差、检测范围窄、湿度响应低等缺点。为此,本文介绍了一款基于PEDOT:PSS-GO作为敏感材料的多孔湿度传感器,该传感器以多孔PDMS海绵为衬底,改善了传感器的透气性并对湿度具有较高的响应(δR=-20.3%)。使用了PEDOT:PSS-GO湿敏材料,使湿度传感器在较高湿度(60%RH-80%RH)下仍能保持良好的线性响应并具有较宽的线性检测范围(35%RH-80%RH),促进了柔性湿度传感器的发展。

      Abstract: With the advancement of electronic technology, flexible humidity sensors have also presented new opportunities. Currently, conventional humidity sensors suffer from drawbacks such as limited permeability, narrow detection range, and low response to humidity. Therefore, this paper introduces a porous humidity sensor based on PEDOT:PSS-GO as the sensitive material. The sensor employs a porous PDMS sponge substrate to enhance air permeability and humidity response (δR= -20.3%). By utilizing PEDOT:PSS-GO as the humidity-sensitive material, the sensor maintains excellent linearity in high-humidity conditions (60% RH-80% RH) and exhibits a wide linear detection range (35% RH-80% RH). This research significantly contributes to the advancement of flexible humidity sensors.
