      为了定量分析全过程老化中沥青化学官能团对于宏观技术指标的影响,试验采用温度循环老化箱(TCAOT)对3种基质沥青和2种改性沥青进行短期和长期老化,使用Varian600-IR红外光谱仪(FTIR)对老化后的沥青胶结料的官能团进行化学特性分析,推荐用于评价沥青胶结料老化的微观指标,并采用SPSS软件探究微观指标与基本技术指标和流变特性指标之间的相关性。研究结果表明:相比亚砜基面积SA,羰基面积CA更适用于评价老化沥青胶结料微观特性;对于基质沥青,羰基面积CA与基本技术指标以及流变特性指标高度相关;但是改性沥青旋转黏度与羰基面积CA相关性较低;对于相关系数高的指标,拟合方程给出了宏观技术指标随羰基面积变化的定量关系式且相关系数R2均大于0.9,说明说明羰基面积CA适用于评价老化沥青胶结料微观特性。

      In order to quantitatively analyze the influence of asphalt chemical functional groups on macro technical indicators in the whole process of aging, the test was carried out using a temperature cycling aging oven (TCAOT) for the short-term and long-term aging of three kinds of matrix asphalt and two kinds of modified asphalt, and the functional groups of the aged asphalt binder were chemically characterized using a Varian 600-IR infrared spectrometer (FTIR), and the micro-indicators for evaluating the aging of the asphalt binder were recommended, and the correlation between the micro-indicators and the basic technical indexes and rheological property indexes was explored using SPSS software. The results showed that the carbonyl area CA is more suitable for evaluating the microcharacteristics of aged asphalt binder than the sulfoxide area SA; for matrix asphalt, the carbonyl area CA is highly correlated with the basic technical indexes and the rheological properties; however, the correlation between the rotational viscosity of modified asphalt and the carbonyl area CA is low; for the indexes with high correlation coefficients, the fitted equations gave quantitative For the indicators with high correlation coefficients, the fitted equations provided quantitative relationships, and the correlation coefficients, R2, were all greater than 0.9, indicating that the carbonyl area CA is appropriate for assessing the microscopic properties of aged asphalt binders.
